Walks and Entrances
Individual representing guest courts, business and organizations are invited to walk. Groups with 5 or more representatives are invited to do a performance entrance limited to 7 minutes.
All protocol must be electronically printed, double-spaced and numbered in sequence with names spelled phonetically - no handwritten protocol.
We request one walk with highest title only. The Many Rivers Barony reserves the right to edit all protocol.
Protocol for all courts and organizations walking in Adornment III must be turned in by 3pm Saturday in hospitality suite. Or you may email protocol in advance.
