Czar and Czarina Of The Rivers Contest
We will once again be holding the Czar and Czarina of the Rivers contest throughout the Out of Town Show & hospitalities. Whoever raises the most money for the new monarchs travel fund will be crowned the new Czar Of The Missouri and Czarina Of The Mississippi.
Crowning will be held by stepping down Czar and Czarina of the Rivers Stepping Down Monarchs:
Patrick Lucey, Chicago and Katarina Heights, Chicago at Adornment V.
